Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026
We’re a new company. This page may be updated after legal review; if anything changes in a way that matters, we’ll tell clients first.
This policy explains how TALL Workforce, owned and operated by Drew Daniel (“TALL,” “we,” “us”), handles information through tallworkforce.com, app.tallworkforce.com and related services (the “Services”).
1. Who this covers
The Services are for businesses, not consumers. This policy covers (a) the people who use TALL for a business (“you”), and (b) information about other people that a business gives TALL, such as its customers (“Client Data”). For Client Data, TALL acts as a service provider: we process it on the business’s behalf and under its instructions. The business decides what to share with TALL and is responsible for giving its own customers any notice the law requires.
2. Information we collect
| Category | Examples | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Account information | Name, sign-in email, optional profile photo, business name and details | You |
| Client Data | Emails and attachments you share with TALL, calendar events, files, receipts, job, lead and customer records, estimates and invoices, your prices | You and the accounts you connect |
| Content you create with TALL | Chats with the assistant, notes, “company memory” notes, drafts | You and the assistant |
| Activity records | A log of actions the assistant takes and approvals you give | The Services |
| Device and technical information | Sign-in session, the alert address your phone provides if you turn on phone alerts, IP address and basic browser information in server logs, preferences saved on your device | Your device |
| Website contact form | Name, business, email, phone and message you send us | You |
The Services are not designed for payment card numbers, bank logins, passwords, Social Security numbers or health information, and we ask you not to send them. The assistant will not save them to its notes; if they arrive inside email you share with TALL, they are handled and protected like other Client Data.
3. How we use information
Only to provide, secure and improve the Services for you: to sort and summarize email, draft replies, documents and reminders for your review, keep your records (including saving new customer inquiries as leads), send sign-in emails, summaries and phone alerts, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We may use de-identified, aggregated statistics (for example, how often a feature is used) that do not identify you, your business or your customers.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use Client Data to train AI models.
5. AI processing
The assistant uses AI models provided by Anthropic, PBC. Anthropic’s commercial terms state that it may not train models on customer content sent through its services. Anthropic may keep that content for a limited period under its own policies, including for safety and misuse monitoring. AI output can be wrong; see our AI Disclosure.
6. Who we share information with
Only these service providers, each limited to what it needs to provide its service to TALL:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Anthropic, PBC | AI processing for the assistant |
| Railway Corp. | Application hosting and database |
| Cloudflare, Inc. (R2) | Encrypted storage of document copies and backups |
| Google LLC | Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Sheets, only for the accounts and files used for your business |
| Resend | Sign-in and summary emails |
| Apple and Google push services | Delivery of phone alerts (titles only, never full email content) |
| Netlify, Inc. | Hosting this website and receiving its contact form |
We may also disclose information (a) when required by law or valid legal process, (b) to protect the rights, safety or property of TALL, our clients or others, (c) with your direction or consent, or (d) to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, which would remain bound by this policy.
7. Google user data
TALL’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we use Google user data only to provide the features you use, do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to train AI models, and allow people to read it only with your permission, for security, to comply with law, or as part of aggregated, de-identified operations.
8. How long we keep information
| Information | Kept |
|---|---|
| Account information and Client Data | While you are a client, then deleted from live systems within 30 days after the account closes |
| Unpinned chats not opened for 90 days | Deleted automatically |
| Encrypted backups | 60 days, then deleted automatically |
| Activity records | 12 months |
| Phone alert records | 90 days |
| Website contact form messages | As long as needed to reply and follow up, then deleted on request |
| Information we must keep by law (for example, billing records) | As long as the law requires |
Files stored in your own Google account stay in your account and are not deleted by TALL.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, encrypted backups, one-time sign-in links, separation of each client’s data, and access limited to the people who need it to run the Services. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law and our agreement with you.
10. Your choices and rights
You can view and update your account information in the app. You can ask us to provide a copy of, correct or delete your information by writing to privacy@tallworkforce.com. We respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; we honor them as the law requires. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business; we will help it respond. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a sign-in session and store preferences on your device (such as theme and text size). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our sites do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not track you across sites.
12. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
13. Where we process information
In the United States. The Services are not offered outside the United States.
14. Changes
We will post changes here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
