AI Disclosure

Effective October 23, 2026

We’re a new company. This page may be updated after legal review; if anything changes in a way that matters, we’ll tell clients first.

TALL’s assistant is artificial intelligence, not a person.

It uses AI models from Anthropic, PBC. It helps with email, paperwork, receipts, estimates, invoices, follow-ups, leads, scheduling and organizing files.

It can be wrong.

AI can misread an email, miscalculate, or state something false with confidence. Check anything that matters (amounts, dates, prices, bids, legal or tax questions, anything sent to a customer) before you rely on it or send it.

What it does on its own (in the background)

It checks your email about every 15 minutes, sorts it, and drafts replies. When a new customer asks for work, it saves them as a lead on your Jobs page and adds new details from their later emails. It drafts reminders for unpaid invoices and unanswered estimates. When a new customer’s email gives enough detail, it may start a draft estimate from your prices. It can send alerts to your phone. When you mark a job done, it may draft a thank-you that asks the customer for a review (the same request for every customer, with no screening and no rewards) and one reminder about 6 days later, and it may suggest a public reply when a review notice reaches your inbox. It never posts or sends these itself. All of these are drafts, records or notices for you; none is sent to your customers or anyone else.

What needs you

By default the assistant cannot send email or texts on your behalf. Anything that sends, changes or deletes something outside the app waits for your approval or your tap. One exception, only if you turn on calendar changes: the assistant may add an appointment that an email clearly confirms, and it tells you when it does. Calendar entries it adds on its own do not invite anyone. It does not permanently delete files; old files are moved to an archive folder.

Numbers are records, not promises

Summaries such as “What TALL did for you” count what TALL recorded. “Time saved” is an estimate. TALL does not promise more leads, jobs or revenue.

Not professional advice

The assistant does not give legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

Talking with your customers

TALL does not currently talk with your customers directly. If it ever does, it will identify itself as AI where the law requires it, or whenever you ask.
